Body Awareness
Body awareness is a unique way to nurture yourself and embody your spirituality. Quiet the mind and focus on body & spirit to restore a sense of oneness and connection. You will be led through quiet, gentle exercises to help you release tension and discover freedom of movement. Your facilitator may share pieces from Scripture that will complement the exercises and help you to deepen your connection with God. Prayer and worship are incorporated at times, people are able to choose not to participate in spiritual exercises and just participate in physical exercises if they choose. Examples of instructional topics include:

Enjoy the healing experience of joining a community class, or receive your training and support with the complete attention of your instructor one on one. Bring your comfy clothes for moving around and lying down, exercise mat, and water bottle for an optimum experience.
